Passionate followers of the actress are urging that a individual who jumped a barrier and touched the actress during yesterday's Wicked: For Good launch be taken into custody or deported from Singapore.

A viral video reveals the individual from Australia shoving aside media personnel and rushing toward Grande while the actors made its way down a event pathway accompanied by supporters.

Cast member Cynthia Erivo promptly pulled the shocked performer away from Mr Wen, who was seen being removed of the event by event staff.

Mr Wen shared on Instagram recently that he was "let go after being detained", though legal records showed that he was due to appear on the following morning. It is unknown if he was faced legal action.

Record of Incidents

This is not the first time for Mr Wen, who describes himself as a "Troll Most Hated", has invaded a concert or event. His Instagram account features clips of him disturbing other celebrity events, including jumping on stage at Katy Perry's Sydney show in earlier this year and in a like fashion during The Chainsmokers performance in the area last winter.

"Steps should be implemented enforced against him as this is evidently a punishable act," commented an Instagram user, in a response to a video Mr Wen uploaded of his actions.

"You've done this repeatedly... how are you not behind bars?" a different Instagram user remarked.

Fans Voice Worry Over Grande's Well-being

Many followers blamed Mr Wen for "causing further distress" Grande, who had spoken of experiencing trauma-related anxiety after a terrorist explosion at the conclusion of her May 2017 show in Manchester, resulting in the death of 22 people and harming numerous individuals.

"Ariana has been through so many scary things... and at her Manchester concert and you thought it would be fun to jump the barricade?" said one more response on Instagram.

Some supporters also questioned event staff at the premiere for not being vigilant enough; while others requested digital services to block Mr Wen's uploads.

Response and Premiere Information

In videos circulating online, Grande seemed surprised when she was grabbed by the man. Her cast members Michelle Yeoh and Erivo can be observed consoling her while Mr Wen was led out by staff.

Grande has not issued a statement on the event, and the premiere activities continued without further issues.

Fans at Wicked premiere
Hundreds of Singapore fans had queued up to meet the performers of Wicked

Hundreds of attendees had congregated in a crowd of green and pink at the Wicked: For Good Asia-Pacific debut in a Singapore mall, including some who had waited for as long as many hours before it began.

The film, to be released on November 21, is the second of a two-film version of the well-known theatrical show Wicked, which revolves around the unlikely relationship between two very different characters.

The musical itself is a derivative of the 1900 children's novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

Grande, who acts as the good witch Glinda, was decked out in a champagne pink sparkling outfit at the gathering while Erivo, who acts as the villainous character, wore a black tube gown embroidered with roses.

They were accompanied by fellow actor Jeff Goldblum.

The first movie, Wicked, was the most successful film of 2024 in the UK, and received ten Oscar nominations, securing a pair for outstanding attire and set decoration.
