An individual aged 23 from Southampton was given a 27-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after pleading guilty to dangerous driving.
Additionally, the judge issued a one-year license suspension and ordered unpaid work along with a behavioral course.

As stated by police officials, the recording was filmed at an illegal automobile gathering in the city on December 28th, 2024, showing the individual operating a distinctive colored vehicle.

Police representatives reported that more than 200 offences involving illegal car meets in the area have been addressed in approximately 12 months.

A police sergeant commented: “Residents, motorists and our roads policing teams have had enough with these groups of drivers thoughtlessly occupying streets and car parks and we refuse to accept it.”
He added: “These events are not only a complete nuisance, but they also put participants and uninvolved individuals at danger of severe harm.”
He finished: “We will continue to prosecute these individuals and I trust these recent cases act as a warning: you won’t get away with it.”
